2.1 When you use the "Universal Remote Control" software and related services, you can obtain the "Universal Remote Control" client application through pre-installation, download from a third-party authorized by the company, etc. If you did not obtain the software from the company or a third party authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of the "universal remote control" software can be used normally, and the losses you suffer as a result have nothing to do with the company.
2.2 The company may develop different application software versions for different terminal devices. You should obtain, download, and install the appropriate version according to the actual device conditions.
2.3 You can use the "Universal Remote Control" software and related services or update the "Universal Remote Control" version according to your own needs. If you no longer need to use the "Universal Remote Control" software and related services, you can uninstall it yourself.
2.4 In order to better improve user experience and services, the company will provide software updates or changes from time to time (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.). 3.1 User behavior requirements
You should be responsible for your use of this product and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the company's prior written permission, your use of "Universal Remote Control" software and related services shall not have the following behaviors:
3.1.1 Use any plug-in, plug-in, system or third-party tool that is not authorized or licensed by the company to interfere, destroy, modify or exert other influences on the normal operation of the "Universal Remote Control" software and related services.

3.1.4 Violation of laws and regulations, this agreement, relevant company rules and other acts that violate the legal rights of others.
If we find or receive reports or complaints from others that users violate the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to review and delete the content of the reports and complaints, including but not limited to user information and chat records, at any time without notice. Violating accounts shall be punished with penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans, and the user will be notified of the processing results.
3.2 Users who use the "Universal Remote Control" software and related services should consciously abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, observe public order, respect social ethics, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, morals and customs, and the authenticity of information. Users are not allowed to use "Universal Remote Control" software and related services to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate information containing the following contents:
